Once you have created Users in the app, you can assign them to the orders they are responsible for.

Only allow users to see orders they are assigned to
Admin Users can see all orders regardless of who they are assigned to. Standard Users can be configured to see all orders or limited to only the orders they have been assigned to.
Steps
- Navigate to the Users page
- Press ...
- Select Edit
- Check Only see orders assigned to user
- Press Save
Assign users to orders
Steps
- Navigate to the Orders page
- Select the checkbox next to the orders you want to assign a user
- Select More Actions
- Select Assign Users
- Select the checkbox next to each user you want to assign to the order
- Press Save
Show the Assigned To column on the orders page
The Assigned To column will show the users that have been assigned to each order. The table will show the user badges for the first three users. If there are more than three users assigned to an order, you can select the "+" to see the entire list of users.
Tip: Hover over the user badge to see the user's name
Steps
- Navigate to the Settings page
- Locate the "Orders Page" section
- check Show Assigned Users column
- Press Save
Show my orders
If you are a user who has logged into the app directly, you can filter the orders on the order page to only show orders that have been assigned to you. Turning this option ON will filter out all orders that are not specifically assigned to you. If you would like to see all orders, you can turn the option OFF.
