The second step is creating email templates and SMS notifications for each of the statuses that you configured to send notifications.
You can easily find the statuses that send notifications by looking at the "Sends Notifications" column on the Statuses page. Clicking Edit Template will take you directly to the page to edit the selected template.
You can also edit the templates under the Message Templates page. Just select the template you would like to edit from the status drop down list.
All new email templates will start with a default template that can be easily updated, or you can completely erase the template and create your own custom template.
The templates support HTML/CSS and Liquid code so you can personalize the templates with short codes. You will find a list of short codes that you can use by clicking Short Codes in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Make sure that you fill in the From Name, From Email and Email Subject fields, otherwise your templates will not be delivered to your customers.
