This is an optional step. If you do not plan on using the lookup page, you can skip this step.
The application comes with a simple to use lookup page that can be placed on any page in your website. The lookup page allows your customers to enter their email address or phone number and order number to lookup the status of the order.
The lookup page is 100% customizable so you can configure the page to show only the information that is important to you and your customer.
Use the Website Lookup Form menu to control the content, appearance, and language of the lookup pages. You will find three pages:
Lookup Form Design
This page includes a set of options that control the form that is used by the customer to search for their orders. It typically includes the email/phone field and the order number field along with the search button.
Order List Design
If you have the lookup method set to "All Orders", the search will return a list of orders that match the email address or phone number entered. The Order List Design page is the HTML and CSS that controls the content and appearance of this list.
Order Detail Design
The order detail design page controls the appearance and content of the order detail. The order detail is the page the customer will see when they look up their order using the "Single Order" lookup method, or when the customer click on the "view details" link of an order in the order list when using the "All orders" lookup method,
