Show customer number in email quote sent to admin

To connect a customer to an external invoicing system, it would be useful if the customer number was indicated on the quote form that is sent to admin (seller).
The customer number is in our case to be found in a custom built metafield in the Customer Card in Shopify.

This has been added to V3. If a customer has been assigned to the quote, then the email templates will have access to the customer information including the metafields associated with the customer
