Additional custom fields to Easy PO popup window

It would be very helpful to be able to collect the (1) job title, (2) phone number, and (3) address of the person placing a PO. It makes it much easier to follow up to close a deal and answer any questions the customer may have.

  I agree, we really need to collect the phone numbers in order to follow up with the customers!
