Adding Shipping Rates to Quick Quote PDF

Currently, as of September 24th, 2025, Quick Quote does NOT support viewing Shopify Shipping Rates, Totaling the Rates, and then displaying them on PDFs and Emails.

Customers have to view the quote, then click to the checkout page to get the Shipping Cost, which is only 50% of what the customer actually needs.

After speaking to Quick Quote customer support, due to how Shopify does not allow developers to access the Shopify Checkout Page (which is where all the shipping costs get calculated), Quick Quote cannot add the Quick Quote on the Checkout page which would solve this issue.

So Quick Quote customer support and dev team said they would have to make changes to the Quick Quote app on a deeper level, and would not be able to simply add in a feature.

I hope this feature gets implemented as a priority so customers can really make the most of quotes!

    Thanks for sharing this request.

    To clarify a couple of points:

    1. Quick Quote already pulls in all available Shopify shipping rates and allows you to select one shipping option to include on the quote (from the quote details page in the app admin).

    2. Adding all shipping rates together and showing a total on the PDF/email wouldn’t match how Shopify checkout actually works. Customers must still choose one of the available shipping options when they proceed to checkout if a shipping option isn't selected for the quote.

    3. Quick Quote does not need to (and cannot) appear on the Shopify checkout page to show rates. Shopify automatically presents those options during the checkout flow as part of its standard process if a shipping option hasn't already been selected for the quote

    That said, we’re always looking for ways to make the quoting process clearer and more useful. If the request here is really about showing customers the list of available shipping options (not a total of them) inside the PDF or email for reference, that’s something we can review and consider.

    Appreciate the suggestion! We’ll keep this on our radar as we prioritize upcoming enhancements.
