We wanted to reach out regarding the importance of being able to keep status and track updates per line item within an order. For businesses like ours, many orders include multiple products that ship at different times or have varying production statuses. Having the ability to manage and track the status of each line item individually would greatly improve our operational efficiency, reduce customer inquiries, and allow for more precise communication with our clients.
