Accessing Line Item Metafields via API

As I work on integrating with your API, I wanted to raise a feature request regarding line item metafields. Currently, it seems that these metafields are not included in the API response, and it would be incredibly helpful to have access to them — especially for use cases that rely on custom product configurations or additional data tied to each item in an order.

Having the ability to retrieve line item metafields via the API would significantly improve flexibility when building more tailored experiences or automations on our end.

Would this be something you’re considering for future updates? I’d be happy to provide more context or use cases if helpful.
