Add Revision Tracking for Quotes (-R1, -R2, etc.)

We’d like support for quote revisions, where updates to a quote are saved as a new version (e.g., Quote 1001-R1, Quote 1001-R2, etc.). This would let us track changes over time and revisit or duplicate earlier versions. Current “copy quote” functionality is helpful but lacks versioning.
