Shopify have now added in the feature to draft orders to lock the price to protect against price changes.

It would be great if we could have the option to lock / unlock the pricing on a quote.

  Paul,

  With the new Shopify API release, this is now the default behavior of the app. The price configured on the quote will be used in the draft order, regardless of whether the price in Shopify has changed or not.
