Assign “Users” to each order

From a production standpoint each status requires a person or deportment to complete that status. It would be very efficient if orders had the ability to assign a department or person to each status so they have a dashboard to be alerted of tasks they are responsible for . Either this or allowing users to be assigned or removed from an order by a tag
