Allow Multiple Status Tag Selections Per Orders
AnsweredFor some merchants there are times where multiple statuses per order could be helpful as a workflow may require tracking of simultaneous statuses at once. Furthermore, this feature could have the potential of allowing merchants to track their current workflow more accurately and tailor it to their needs.

Thank you for your request. While we don't have the ability to assign multiple statuses to the same order, we do have the ability to assign custom tags and users to an order. Perhaps the tags will allow you to track your workflow more accurately.
