Assign orders to warehouse / suppliers.

As you app already has all the complex statuses, it would be good to have a way to assign specific orders to specific suppliers or warehouses, and they could see their W3Trends screen and manage the orders from there, view or change to a new status, mark as complete, etc.

The app does allow you to assign users to orders. Perhaps you can assign user accounts to your supplies or warehouses and they can use that login to see the orders that have been assigned to them. You can also configure the user accounts so that they can only see the orders assigned to them.
