When the customer can't find the product and his cart is empty, show a texte field to let him explain what he is looking

  We have added the quotation request button everywere on our website. Unfortunately when the customer select the quotation request button without product in his cart, he get an error message saying that his cart is empty. It would be great in this case to have a texte field to let the customer explain what he is looking for and let us select the producct for him in the quote.
