Add a checkbox to the address form so the user can indicate they are tax excempt

Sometimes our clients are tax exempt. It would be cool to have a feature where there is a checkbox you can turn on and off in the admin area, which the user can identify as tax exempt while filling in their address without having to create an account and login first.

  This feature has been added to the app.

  Use the setting "Show Tax Exempt" to add a checkbox to the PO request form.

  

   

  PO Request Form

  

  If checked, the Draft order that is created will not include taxes.
