Notification email - send to assignee?

When there are comments added to a quote, the email is only sent to the admin email. We have several sales reps, and it would be great if notification emails are sent to the assignee email address also. 

As a work-around, if we had all of the Short Codes available on the notification email {{quote.assignee.name}} I would just add that to the email text, and then use a filter on the mailbox to forward to the correct sales rep.

  This functionality is already present in the app.

  Comments sent from the customer are sent to the main admin email address as well as to the sales rep (assignee) that is assigned to the quote.
