Update status to Ordered at any point (even after accepted)

If the "Disable Checkout When Accepted" is checked, then add another box to check - "Allow the status to be updated to Ordered?" 

If this is checked, then status can be updated to Ordered at any point

  Once an order has been "accepted" the order details page will have a button at the top of the page that will allow the merchant to mark the quote as "Ordered". 

  Only accepted orders can be manually updated to to the "Ordered" status
