Add Custom Text to Request Quote Page

Hi I'd like to add an explanatory text for customers explaining how the request process works. Where can I find the template? It would be great to be able to add such a field through the admin area.

  Christian,

  Thank you for the request. There is a field named "Request Intro Message" that can be found in the "language" tab of the app.

  The content of this field will appear on the request page just below the page title. You can use this field to provide explanatory text for your customers prior to them requesting a quote.
