Overview:
Our app might not be displaying accessories for multiple reasons. A item might be out of stock or not visible, in the online store. This article will cover multiple solutions for why an accessory product is not appearing.
- Accessory is in Stock
- An accessory is not Active
- Visible on Online Store
- Same as Product
- Set Max Accessories to Show
- Products not synced

Solutions:
Accessory is in Stock
The Accessory must be in stock in order to be displayed by our app. On the Shopify Products page. Locate your accessory product. If the accessory is out of stock or has a negative inventory number then it will not show when the app loads. Once the product returns to back to into stock then the app resume displaying the accessory.
Accessory is not active
The accessory must be an active product and not set as a draft product in order to be visible on the site.
Visible on Online Store
The Accessory must be set to visible in the online store to be displayed by our app. On the Shopify Products page. Locate your accessory product. Click on Manage Sales Channel Visibility to enable Online Store visibility.
Same as Product
The accessory product cannot be the same as the main product and will not show for that product.
Set Max Accessories to Show
Navigate to the Product Accessory's settings page. Here there is an option to set the setting for Max Accessories to Show. This option allows you to set the limit of accessories to display. If none of your accessories are showing. Make sure this number is set to greater than 0. This should now show the accessories. If you have multiple accessories assigned to a product. For example 5 and the Max Accessories to Show is set to 3. Then 2 of your accessories will be hidden. You can set the Max Accessories to Show to 5 to now show all the accessories for the product.
Products not synced
the app is configured to periodically sync your products with the app; however, if you have added a new product to your shop or made changes to an existing product and it is not showing on the product page, you can manually sync your products using the sync button in the top right-hand corner of the app.
