Creating filters can allow you to quickly view and manage your orders within the app. The filters will also allow you to quickly scan orders. Each filter will have a number next to the name to depict how many orders the filter applies to.
You can create a filter from one of the many fields in the filter section on the Orders page, or by clicking the Add Filter Tab at the top of the filter section. Some of the filter options are listed below:
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Include Archived Orders
- Include Orders Older Than 60 days
- Order Date Range
- Order Number
After you enter one or more values click the Add Filter tab at the top of the Orders form. This prompt you to add a name for the new filter. After you hit save, a new tab will be added to the top of the filter section.
If you would like to alter a filter. Select the filter to make your changes, and then click the update tab at the top right of the filter section.
You can also delete a filter. To delete a filter, first select the filter you wish to delete than click the trash can icon tab at the right of the filter tabs. Click the tab will cause an alert to confirm that you wish to delete the particular filter.
Include Archived Orders:
This option will allow you to search through orders that have been archived and are still accessible to our app.
Include Orders Older Than 60 days:
This option will make all orders searchable, including orders no longer available on our app. Since our app only stores a couple of moths of orders from our servers. In order to search for older orders, this option will search from Shopify's servers. (Note: When searching orders are older then 60 days, the search filters allowed will be limited )
