Statuses are the states that an order can be in. You can create as many different statuses as you need.
- Each status is color coded for easy identification.
- Each status has an Internal Name and a Public name. The Public name is what is displayed to the customer when an email is sent or when the customer look sup the order status online.
- Every status can also be configured to send an email to the customer (or any other address) when the order is updated to that status. The email templates are fully customize-able and each status can have it's own template.
To create a status, go to the App, click Manage Statuses, then click New Status.
