Overview:
This article explains how to manage the accessories assigned to specific products.
Adding Accessories
To add Accessories to a specific product, navigate to the products page in the app.
- Search for the product you want to assign accessories to
- Press ...
- Select Edit Accessories
This will open a new page that allows you to manage the accessories applied to the selected product. Here, you can add, remove, or change the sort order of the accessories.
Assign Accessories:
- Press the Add Accessory button
- Search for the accessory you want to add to the product
- Press Add button
- Repeat the steps until all accessories have been added
- Close the popup
When the accessories are added to the product, you may notice that they have a warning or information tag beneath the name.
No Inventory For some Products: This indicates that some of the variants for the selected accessory do not have available inventory and may not be available for purchase on your site.
Draft Product: The selected accessory is in draft mode and is not active on Shopify. This product will not show in the list of accessories on your product page.
No Inventory: The selected accessory does not have any inventory. If this product is not configured to continue selling when out of stock, it will not show in the list of accessories on the product page.
Removing Accessories
- Navigate to a product's accessory page
- Select the checkbox next to each product you wish to remove
- Press the Delete button at the bottom of the page
Removing All Accessories from all Products
In some instances, you may want to remove all accessories that have been assigned to products. The Delete ALL method available on the product page will remove all accessories from every product in your shop. This does not affect the accessories that have been assigned to collections or the default accessories.
- Navigate to the Products page
- Select the Actions Menu
- Press Delete All
